My Approach
Rachael uses a holistic, collaborative, and deeply relational approach to therapy. Having both worked in and received care in the field for many years, Rachael considers therapy and recovery work to be professional and personal. Her own life started to change when she learned how to tell the truth, ask for help, and receive from God + safe people. She knows the courage it takes to get started, and brings with her a wide range of lived experience, strength, and hope into relationship with every client.

Rachael values the impact the nervous system has on healing and seeks to partner with her clients and their bodies as they move towards change. Rachael enjoys integrating tools from somatic experiential therapy, attachment science, narrative therapy, 12-step, and many practical resources to help clients grow. Rachael sees herself as a team captain for her clients and loves the opportunity to connect people with other potential team players as they learn to build their very own “life team.” Rachael believes that change doesn’t happen in isolation and that humans heal through relationship. Rachael sees adults ages 18 and up.
