Life comes with its own set of challenges, but when you incorporate past trauma, work stressors, and just the usual
day to day stress, it can become overwhelming. I believe that therapy could help to navigate these
struggles and stressors by providing a safe environment to learn skills, become aware of underlying
emotions and feelings, and process any challenging events that has occurred in your life. It is my goal to
help client where they are and provide a supportive environment with no judgement.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and
Person-Centered Therapy while working with clients. I am a trauma informed therapist who is trained in
Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing (EMDR).

I enjoy working all people from all walks of life. From children, adolescents, and adults, who are at
different stages of their lives. Life can be hard, but with time, work, and dedication to work on self, life
can become a little easier.
