My Approach
Are you tired of repeating the same old patterns? Do you feel disconnected from your life? Are you wondering if what you're feeling is "normal?" My therapeutic mission is to provide clients with clear guidance, compassionate encouragement, and sound accountability in a safe and non-judgmental environment. My style is relational, direct, and genuine. I also love using personality assessments in our sessions such as the Myers-Briggs, and Enneagram.

I believe therapy should be experienced as a balance between warmth and understanding and learning concrete strategies. I frequently use CBT, REBT, motivational interviewing and have a passion for treating issues such as anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, athletes/sport's counseling, and & women's health issues. I currently specialize in perinatal health including pregnancy and postpartum disorders and am PSI trained with the PMH-C certification.
